Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched from Sydney Australia. You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. Whilst we do our very best to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, there may be slight delivery delays which are unfortunately out of our control. Shipping times will depend on where in Australia you are located and which shipping option you selected during checkout.

Majority of our items are handmade and in stock and ready to be shipped to you within 3-5 business days from order. This timeframe may be extended during busy or sale periods but we will do our best :) 

If your order is customised/personalised, we will endeavour to have your order completed (typical timeframe is 7-10 business days) + shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note we are an online store only and do not offer pick ups or drop offs.
