Refund policy
We don't accept returns for change of mind as all items are either personalised or handmade, however, if there is anything at all you are not satisfied with when receiving your order, please contact us asap at hello@hunteddesignco.com.au with your order number and we'll be happy to chat :)
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you've receive the wrong item with photographs and a description, so that we can address the situation and do our best to rectify it :)
We may refuse a damaged return if you haven’t sent us an email and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.
Where repair or replacement is deemed necessary by us, your item must be returned to us in an unused condition, including all original packaging. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer. We recommend that you carefully repackage your item to avoid any damage during delivery and consider using tracked or registered mail carrier to track your item.
Please retain your proof of postage until we have confirmed your replacement has been received by us.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the conditions above.
Our Personalised Products are made to order according to the customer's specifications, so changes and requests for returns or a re-design where the customer has made a personalisation error or simply changed their mind are unfortunately not possible.
All of our items are quality checked before being sent out to you but as they are handmade, please allow some room for very minor variances from images shown and allowances for colour variances due to screen resolutions.
